Project Update: Moving Forward in Faith
After several months of additional planning and review, our renovation project is moving forward!
As many parishioners know, construction costs increased significantly this past winter. In response, we sought additional competitive bids and carefully evaluated every aspect of the project. Although those efforts confirmed the increased market costs, they also allowed us to refine the project and ensure we are moving forward responsibly and with good stewardship.
Today, we are confident in both the project plan and our financial path forward, and we look forward to beginning construction this summer.

Our church is the heart of our spiritual life, where we gather to celebrate the sacraments, grow in our faith, and strengthen our connection to God. The renovation will ensure that our sacred spaces are improved upon to even more reflect the beauty, reverence, and our worship space generations to come.

St. Barnabas is more than just a church—it’s a family. Together, we have celebrated life’s most important moments, supported one another, and built lasting relationships. This campaign will allow us to create more welcoming and accessible spaces for all, ensuring that everyone feels at home in our parish.
OUR FUTURE
We are called to be stewards of our parish, preserving and enhancing our facilities for future generations. Through this campaign, we will make essential improvements to the most essential building on our campus, ensuring that St. Barnabas Parish remains a vibrant and thriving community of faith that accompanies the Nordonia Hills community to Christ.
